City Hall Bistro
This light, bright, all-day restaurant gets its name from the hotel’s legacy as the original site intended for Dallas’ City Hall. The buzzing local bistro features a menu of Southern European-inspired cuisine with updates to classic breakfast fare, house-made breads and pastries, grain and vegetable salads, wood-roasted vegetables, fresh fish, and aromatic braised meats. The chef-prepared dishes are complemented by a robust wine list featuring a variety of quartino options and a menu of cocktails.
The French Room
A sophisticated dining destination offering stunning views of the dazzling Liscia di Vacca Bay and embracing the Sardinian granite pool and lush gardens of the hotel. Serving refined and contemporary Mediterranean delicacies, as well as an interpretation of modern International cuisine, the menu never ceases to delight.
Tea at The Adolphus
The exquisitely executed Tea at the Adolphus is most frequently served in the beautifully re-imagined French Room. A storied tradition, the tea service is filled with delight and surprise from the menu curated by the culinary team. Local tea partner Zakti’s beautiful teas are enhanced with house-made savory tea sandwiches and sweet cookies. While enjoying your tea, note the custom toile on the china and place settings showcasing some of the hotel’s rich history. (You might find the Anheuser Busch eagle, Renard the fox, an engraving of the hotel, or other surprises under your tea sandwich.)
Otto's Coffee
Nestled between the hotel’s entrances, Otto’s is a Viennese-style coffee shop where hotel guests and locals can stop in for a quick bite or linger over a leisurely coffee. Each cup is carefully crafted by partner, Dallas based Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters.
