Railroad Stop Bar & Kitchen pays homage to Downtown Santa Rosa’s Historic Railroad Square where the hotel is situated. The new restaurant offers Sonoma County-influenced, farm-to-fire dishes alongside custom barrel aged cocktails and a standout list of local wines by the glass and bottle, plus craft beer.
In keeping with Sonoma County’s rich culinary heritage, Executive Chef Rene Jakushak spearheads the menu preparing regionally influenced rustic California cuisine. Breakfast menu highlights include the Sonoma Benedict with spinach, wild mushrooms, avocado, poached egg, toasted muffin and hollandaise. For dinner, the menu includes Russian River I.P.A. Steamed Manilla Clams ($12) with local Caggiano chorizo, kale, shallots and grilled bread; and Cubano Slide Local Bodega Bay Petrale Sole Fillet.
