This lively tapas bar doubles as a place to eat and drink where guests can enjoy the outside space in the summer. Décor-wise, it’s a modern twist on traditional with wood, red accents, and a touch of yellow blending together, without upstaging the amazing ceiling made up of 1000 white “peinetas“ (flamenco hair combs). Using extraordinary, fresh produce, dishes are well known tapas crafted by Award-winning chef Paco Roncero's touch of sophistication and sensitivity. The Spanish omelet, “callos a la Madrileña“ (tripe), or Russian salad have all been modernized and are featured on an exclusive menu that also includes international dishes such as Ceviche and Butterfish Tataki.

A new gastronomic concept has arrived at the NH Collection Madrid Paseo del Prado. Open from 11 am Suite & Tea is a unique sophisticated space, ideal for relaxing with a special brew. With 16 varieties of tea from the Jing tea house and luxurious chocolate from master chocolatier Rubén da Silva, tea time is delightful no matter what time of day. For those who prefer savory delights, traditional sandwiches of Roast Beef or cucumber (as well as other varieties) are available, and can be paired with well known French sweets such as macaroons, petit choux and éclairs. Traditional butter scones and muffins are ideal for the afternoon. This new concept turns "tea time" into a premium experience for all of your senses.

Prepared fresh each morning, the hotel’s breakfast buffet ensures a balanced, healthy start to your day. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. Create your personalized vitamin packed juice, smoothie or milkshake in our Fresh Corner. Choose your favorite fruits, juices or toppings, place them in a container and give it to one of our waiters who will prepare it for you straightaway. You can also request hot dishes made to order.
