This elegant and exclusive 19th century Villa is located inside a centuries-old park surrounded by lush gardens that overlook the Boboli Gardens. Each floor of the Villa is characterized by a particular style, from Empress Eugénie and her passion for roses to an Oriental style or the 1950s in America. The Bellevue roof terrace on the fifth floor has wonderful panoramic views of the city. Accommodations
The hotel has 44 rooms in total, divided into the Villa, Villino Eugenia and Le Folie. In the villa, there are 29 suites and rooms divided into 4 floors, each with its own style. The first, known as the "noble floor" is strongly characterized by its marvelous frescoes; the second is dedicated to the ex-empress Eugenia widow of Napoleon III and to the roses that were her favorite flower, while the third one is the floor dedicated to the Orient, in pure Moorish spirit. Lastly, a pearl, the junior suite 401 inspired by the American fabulous '50's. Villino Eugenia is a small guesthouse overlooking the Boboli Gardens. Each of the 13 different accommodations has been decorated and furnished according to the bourgeois styles of the late 19th century with ceilings representing rare and exotic subjects. Le Folie, a small guesthouse located at the edge of the park that surrounds Villa Cora, has a particular charm and discretion with only 2 rooms, providing complete privacy.
Classic
Located in the 3 buildings that comprise the property: the Villa, the Villino Eugenia and Le Folie. Each room is original in its style, with rich decoration and unique antique furniture, to offer to its guests a warm and accommodating feel within a very prestigious location.
Superior
The Superior rooms offer a breathtaking panorama of the principal Florentine monuments but also that of the hills that surround the city, thus gifting its guests with memorable views. Selected furnishings and attention to detail make each room unique and precious to those looking for an exclusive style.
Deluxe
Located in the Villa with private balcony and refined Moorish decorations or in the Villino Eugenia with light colours and ceilings representing rare and exotic subjects. Precious fabrics, antiques and elegance are the predominant elements of each room.
Duplex
The exclusive Duplex rooms are located on the Noble Floor of the Villa. They are open-space rooms, dislocated on two levels connected with an internal staircase. The master bedroom with sitting area and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) are located on the ground floor, while two single beds can be found on the upper floor. The rooms offer original 19th century frescoes.
Junior Suite
The Junior Suites on the first floor, the Noble Floor, have original antique parquet floors and original frescoed ceilings with four-poster beds. On the second floor, Junior Suites are rose-themed boudoirs and the Junior Suite on the fourth floor is unique in style with violet velvet schemes, white and gold hand painted decors, and three big windows overlooking the garden. The one in Villino Eugenia has a view over the pool and painted ceiling in pastel colors. All of them have views of our private garden and are composed of a bedroom with working area and en suite marble bathroom.
Suite
All located in the Villa, our wonderful Suites have original antique parquet floors and original frescoed ceilings with four-poster beds on the Noble Floor (first floor) or rose-themed boudoirs and canopy beds on the Roses Floor (second floor). These rooms are composed of two separate areas, bedroom and living room with comfortable sofa, working area and Carrara marble bathroom.
Imperial Suite
The suite is located on the Noble Floor and occupies the whole facade of the Villa with a view of the city and the internal garden. It also has a small French balcony. The Imperial Suite boasts beautiful original frescoes made by Pietrasanta and Samoggia. On top of the inlaid wooden floor rests a majestic red velvet four-poster bed in the master bedroom that is an open space with a living area with antique furniture. The Imperial Suite also has a second bedroom that is frescoed as well and has a brilliant blue four-poster bed. In addition, it has two elegant bathrooms with bathtub made with Carrara marble and furnished with exclusive beauty products.

Restaurant Le Bistrot
At Restaurant Le Bistrot, you will find the typical Tuscan cuisine reinterpreted in a more modern way by the Executive Chef Alessandro Liberatore, which uses only seasonal products, mainly locally sourced. At lunch the casual menu offers the most famous Classics of the Italian tradition while at dinner the gastronomic menu goes on stage.
During winter, the Restaurant is located in the charming Moorish Room, one of the most evocative and fascinating rooms of the Villa with its oriental style and domed ceiling with original frescoes by Antonio Caremmi.
During summer, the restaurant is in the winter garden by the pool where Guests can relax in an elegant yet informal atmosphere and admire the beauty of the park.
Santa Garden Cocktail Club
By the pool, surrounded by the wonderful park, the Signature Cocktails of the Santa Garden Cocktail Club, inspired by the garden of the Villa, famous in Florence for its beauty for over a century, offer an experience that will be characterized by an explosion of flavors, aromas, and emotions that will accompany you during your journey. For this fresh and informal setting, our Executive Chef, Alessandro Liberatore, has created a young and fun menu to fully enjoy summer evenings at Villa Cora. (Open seasonally during summer months).
Bar Il Salotto del Pasha
Soft and comfortable sofas in green and gold velvet, a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can relax from aperitif time until after dinner with a selection of cocktails ranging from great classics to unpublished ones created by our barman. And to top it off, a smoking room with an English touch where you can taste fine spirits and cigars from all over the world.
Le Bar Long
The Ceramics Room, once the dining room of the Baron Oppenheim, is now the location of the Hotel Bar, dominated by a long glass table with LED lighting that offers striking play of light on the original sideboards of the mid-1800s where we keep the best whiskey labels.
Bar Bellevue Roof Terrace
Located on the hotel's rooftop, it hosts a sky bar with lounge area with leather couches and large pillows in the summer months. The terrace, with a mesmerizing view of the city, offers a wide selection of cocktails and a fine selection of champagne.
