Here, the creative vision of Kelly Wearstler seamlessly blends past and present with compelling design, vintage influence and local art. Proper Basketball Court Suite
A reimagining of the building's original vintage basketball court into a luxuriously fantastical, open plan suite that embodies the history of the room while elevating it with Spanish influenced interior design and one-of-a-kind details. This 1,430 square foot, one-bedroom, one and a half bath suite includes double height ceilings, living and dining areas, epic city views.
Junior Suite
Junior Suites are residential in feel, with oversized windows for natural light, rich woven textiles, hand-raked plaster walls, custom ceramic sconces and geometric paintings, both by local artists. The bath is Moroccan-inspired, with over 100 artisanal tiles, stonework sinks, walk-in showers and Aesop amenities.

Proper Pool Suite
A tremendous, 35 foot by 12 foot indoor swimming pool from the building's past is re-imagined as the star of this one-of-a-kind pool suite. The unique space is filled with design-driven details, including Portugal-inspired marble and stonework, a stunning handcrafted ceramic tile mural by local LA artist Ben Medansky, and an inspired mix of vintage and custom furnishings. Designed with an open floorplan for living and dining, the 2,777 square foot suite includes a separate bedroom with ensuite bath.

Here, the James Beard Award-winning team of chef Suzanne Goin and Restaurateur Caroline Styne blend local flavors and boutique wines with the Old California influences so beloved at their celebrated L.A. restaurants. The stately setting offers a richly designed entrance, lobby bar, main room, and private dining. Outdoor seating opens onto the bustle of Broadway, while historic windows bathe the architectural space in natural light. L.A.-based artistry runs throughout, from Morgan Peck ceramics inlaid on tabletops and lighting to a monolithic Judson Studios stained glasswork.
