The Peacock
Key components are casual and comfortable. Serving a variety of Eastern Mediterranean foods, including North African, Greek, Israeli, and Lebanese cuisines. Food will be colorful, loosely plated, healthy & wholesome and geared towards sharing. Beverage program will include natural wines and light spirits with lots of fresh fruit and herbs.
La Piscina
The menu will consist of authentic Mexican dishes and will be the antidote to Tex-Mex. House made tortillas will be made on an open Comal. Family-style platters will be piled with wood grilled meats and accouterments. Raw bar offerings will be shipped daily providing the freshest seafood offerings. The beverage program won't take itself too seriously and will include poolside favorites featuring frozen margaritas; cocktails will be vibrant and playful, spotlighting native Mexican spirits, tequila and mezcal.
Goldies
Goldie’s is an intimate cocktail bar on the ground floor of the Austin Proper Hotel & Residences, helmed by Austin locals McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality. Goldie’s serves as an elegant and vibrant setting for a posh celebration, sophisticated drinks, or a romantic evening out — open to Proper’s hotel guests and residents only.
The focal point of the room is a marble sunken bar, surrounded by a plush array of tweed and velvet seating. Seasonal cocktails will rotate based on ingredient availability, while a classic martini, Pink Lady Champs-Élysées, and other favorites are menu mainstays.
