Accommodations
The hazelnut grove, the orchard, and the vegetable gardens inspired Casa di Langa. It offers a view of the vineyards and then integrates these natural elements into the design. The Pietra di Luserna, an ancient rock that comes from Piedmont, was chosen together with the 100% recyclable terracotta and raw earth-based plasters by Matteo Brioni. The elegant and refined furnishings have been carefully selected from historical and iconic brands of the best "Made in Italy," including B&B Italia, Cassina, DePadova, and Meridiani.
The rooms are equipped with fine Midsummer Milano mattresses, handmade in Italy using natural materials including cotton, wool, and silk. The historic Italian outdoor design brand, Emu, was chosen for the furnishing of the outdoor areas of the resort, where the swimming pool and lounges open onto the landscape of the Langhe. All rooms have a large private terrace, a relaxing area and a bathroom with invigorating rain showers and relaxing Le Labo bath products.
Classic Room
The Classic Rooms are characterized by their simple elegance, overlooking the orchard and the surrounding hills. These rooms are equipped with a comfortable handcrafted double bed and furnishings that are the highest expression of Made in Italy. All Classic rooms have a comfortable private terrace.

Fàula
The restaurant is dedicated to three areas: the Fàula ristorante gourmet, the Bistrot area, and the Sorì Cocktail Bar upstairs. Fàula, meaning "tale" in the local Langhe dialect, is an homage to the region’s age-old tradition of families and friends spending quality time together sharing stories. Next to the restaurant, there is a biodynamic garden cared for by the gardener Luigi Merlo and by the Chef himself -- with different varieties of vegetables (e.g., tomatoes and cabbage), edible flowers and herbs, and ancient seeds. These two dedicated points are able to serve three departments of the structure: the Sorì Cocktail Bar, which uses herbs and flowers for infusions and drinks; the Spa which prepares flavored waters and infusions with them; and, finally, the Fàula.
The Chef has studied an entirely green menu, dedicated to the precious raw materials of the garden, managing to create dishes of incredible delicacy.
Sorì Cocktail Bar
Without any doubt, the best location dedicated to the mixology of Casa di Langa is the Sorì Cocktail Bar, offering a drinks double menu, the first for the Specials, with five signatures, twist of the classics where local ingredients and products are mainly used. Like the Mistake in Langa, they change according to the seasons, but also here there is a great use of the local products. The used edible flowers and the aromatic plants are, instead, 100% from the Langa, cultivated by the Casa di Langa gardeners.
