Skyline King Studio
Skyline King Studios offer an authentic SoHo experience in a 340-380 sq. ft. corner studio. Located on higher floors, enjoy unobstructed views of SoHo and Tribeca from your stylish perch with vibrant colors, Le Labo bath amenities, and a niche for dining or working.
Horizon Suite
The Horizon Suite can accommodate up to four people in chic comfort, with a separate bedroom with king-sized bed and a living room with sofa bed. Our 660 sq. ft. suite features oversized windows that bathe the room in natural light and provide expansive views of neighborly SoHo. Star caliber dining from acclaimed chef George Mendes comes Veranda, a convivial new restaurant set within a retractable, greenhouse-like glass enclosure that transforms seamlessly between indoor and open-air dining year round.
Veranda is a collaboration between highly acclaimed chef George Mendes, restaurateur David Rabin, and catering and events group Abigail Kirsch. Set beneath a state-of the-art, retractable greenhouse, our dining room allows for flexible indoor/outdoor dining, with several additional indoor and outdoor cocktail areas. Veranda features Chef Mendes’ renowned food, a robust wine list curated by Lee Campbell and cocktails by Johnny Swet. Private events are held on-premise and are executed as a collaboration between Chef Mendes and Abigail Kirsch team.
Jimmy
The moodiness and monochromatism of Picasso’s Blue Period serve as the inspiration behind the most recent incarnation of our all-seasons rooftop space, a legendary New York institution conceived by David Rabin. Perched on the 18th floor, the high-ceilinged space is intimate yet airy, with modular blue furniture, glazed tile walls, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of Midtown, Wall Street, the Hudson River, and the bridges spanning the East River. In colder months, guests lounge on blue velvet leather seating around the statement fireplace; in warmer months, the action spills onto the open-air roof deck, which features chaise lounges and panoramic city views.
