We’re less of a hotel than we are a high-design landscaping project with luxurious suites. We’ve broken from convention to imagine spaces that inspire and astonish, paving the way for sensory experiences like no other.
At Paradero Todos Santos, we’ve drawn on the splendor and simplicity of our backyard to provide a guest experience that’s rooted in community, brimming with adventure, and ripe with sensory delight. We believe in travel that cultivates a sense of place while stoking a streak of adventure.
Here in Todos Santos, a lush oasis nestled in a vast desert, discoveries abound. Like the rhythms of nature, every day at Paradero is unique. Each one offers a new way of contemplating our surroundings and being in the world.

Our Garden Suites boast sprawling outdoor terraces that extend into the landscape featuring hammocks. Rooms are oases of calm and serenity, balancing clean lines and natural textures with handmade Mexican furnishings. Main living areas have nooks that look out to the natural scenery, while the bathrooms feature indoor-outdoor showers with perforated privacy screens. Some Garden Suites offer views of the farming fields that encircle the property, while others look out to the mountainous desert.

Guests can request outdoor fire pit, allowing them to make the most of Todos Santos’s cool, starry nights.
Mountain Sky Suite - 1 King Bed
Our Mountain Sky Suites are distinguished by their panoramic rooftops, all of which have built-in suspended “star nets,” offering high-altitude views of the surrounding farmlands and mountains. Like their ground-floor counterparts, Mountain Sky Suites feature plush day beds and showers that open up to the outdoors. Guests can request outdoor fire pit, allowing them to make the most of Todos Santos’s cool, starry nights
Master Casita
Situated on a corner lot and spread over three floors, our Master Casita occupies an enviable perch, with views spanning 360 degrees—from the mountains to the La Mesa farming fields. The ground floor has been designed to feel like a luxury residence, featuring a kitchen and a spacious dining area, in addition to a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep two. The second floor is home to the master bedroom and bathroom, the latter of which has an indoor-outdoor shower and panoramic views. The rooftop marries the best of our Garden and Rooftop suites, with a suspended “star net” and a corner plunge pool that drops off into the landscape.

In our restaurant, cooking is transformed into theatre to create a fine-dining experience like no other.
Take a seat at our bar which wraps around an open-fire kitchen and features a traditional Oaxacan clay oven. Observe our chefs as they concoct simple yet sophisticated dishes that showcase modern Mexican coastal cuisine.
Our menu is ever-changing to reflect the crisp produce plucked directly from our garden, combined with fresh ingredients straight from the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez for your dining pleasure. Our cocktails are just as inventive, each one made from fresh-pressed juices and elixirs from local shrubs.
Omakase Pericúe Bar
The Pericúe Bar offers a must-try experience. Omakase - To trust or to be in the Chef´s Hands. The guests put their trust entirely in our team, as they guide our guests on a personalized tasting adventure.
Our team creates a customized cocktail and tasting menu experience to titillate your senses with every portion. Each unique cocktail prepared by our top mixologists is paired with a perfectly designed portion of food planned to match the colors and notes of your beverage. The bites are designed to be small, but exquisite. The freshest fish, the richest meats, and the most meticulous presentation create a rich dining experience. Not every restaurant can offer Omakase as the restaurants need to be sophisticated and have expert culinary techniques.
