Accessed from the main island by a curved jetty, the 1 Bedroom Water Retreat with Slide is perched directly over the clear waters of the Indian Ocean. With chic and understated décor inspired by the sea, the expansive villa features a light-filled, spacious living area, with a nearby pantry and minibar. The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, over which a retractable roof offers an incredible view of the night sky. There is also a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, and an adjacent children’s sleeping area.

We designed this villa with tropical whimsy: raw wood that retains its gnarls and bends, woven ropes, recycled planks, and palm thatch. The outdoor garden bathroom brings nature closer as you bathe in starlight or the sun’s rays. You and your family can relish the castaway spirit as you laze amidst its terraces on levels high and low, splash in its private pool, or lounge on the beach right outside your doorstep.

This two-bedroom beachfront residence is spread across two buildings, each with a ground floor and first floor. The swimming pool faces the beach and comes with a catamaran net and submerged seating. Wooden decking takes you to an outdoor dining area and swing, shaded by the upper floor’s balcony. Inside, through rotating floor-to-ceiling doors, the living room’s u-shaped daybeds are perfect for lounging, and a fully fitted pantry and minibar, as well as a guest toilet, lead off from the living room. Upstairs you will find a library and a walkway to an expansive sun deck and outdoor dining area.

This 2 Bedroom Water Retreat with Slide offers incredible views, whether over the interrupted horizon, into the clear blue depths of the ocean, or up towards the star-strewn night sky. The luxurious retreat, designed to ensure the utmost privacy, features an extensive outside deck, with its own private pool with catamaran net, a water slide that goes directly into the sea, comfortable loungers and sunken seating. An upper deck, accessed from the living room, includes an alfresco dining sala and a comfortable daybed.

We created this very special Jungle Reserve, a sprawling villa engulfed by the dense green forest. The six bedroom Sunset Reserve emerges from the trees with six separate structures rising out of the sand, and at its centre is an ancient Banyan tree. The master suite has a separate living room, and an outdoor bathroom with a sunken bath, indoor and outdoor showers, all surrounded by a water feature. There are three additional guest bedrooms, a children’s bedroom and a nanny’s room, each with en-suite bathrooms.

Translating to "here it is,' this is the culinary heart of the island, featuring an endless spread of fresh fruits, live cooking stations, freshly caught and grilled-to-order fish, and a collection of Asian dishes and Maldivian specialties. The wood-fired oven offers freshly baked pizzas. Guests can design their pizza by choosing from a variety of toppings.
