The Junto

The Junto is an award-winning independent lifestyle hotel and modern day ‘club for mutual improvement,’ inspired by Ben Franklin where people from all backgrounds can come together to discuss issues and ideas of the time.

With an emphasis on public gathering spaces, The Junto gives visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists alike a place to come together, exchange ideas and inspire one another. A modern-day embodiment of the former club of the same name, the original Junto Club was founded by Ben Franklin in 1727 to bring people together to improve society.

Inspired by our surrounding city, the hotel is an inventive meeting place that fosters creativity, where both locals and travelers alike can gather, converse and exchange ideas. The Junto is both a destination and a landmark of the area, helping add value to Columbus's future.

The Junto attracts the neighboring communities a little west of downtown and near Franklinton, a historic area of Columbus, Ohio that continues to evolve and attract creatives, restauranteurs, private businesses, and cultural difference makers. A nod to the spirit of going a ‘little west’ to continue growth and prosperity.

The neighborhood rooftop bar Brass Eye serves as the local stomping ground where the drinker's choice is served amid sweeping downtown views.
