The Ned

At 269-377 square feet, our Medium rooms are full of Art Deco touches in keeping with the era of the building. A heritage walnut King-sized bed, tasseled chaise, richly patterned curtains and floral glass chandelier are complemented by the Jazz Age wall tones, a mirrored cocktail cabinet and velvet club chairs. Marble mosaic bathrooms contain a walk-in rainforest shower, along with a range of full-size Cowshed products to use throughout your stay. These rooms include access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

Generous, 377-484-square foot spaces, ideal for extended stays, our Large rooms showcase super King-sized beds. In the lounge, there’s a glass palm chandelier, a pair of leather wingback chairs and a vintage bar cabinet. There’s also a mahogany-enclosed bathtub in the bedroom, inspired by Lord Bute’s tub at Cardiff Castle. These rooms include access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

Located on our Grade-I listed fifth floor and packed with period features, our Heritage rooms offer a taste of the building’s 1920s heyday. Between 377-484 square feet in size, each of our Heritage rooms boasts original features, including French-polished walnut wall paneling and marble fireplaces. Super King-sized, canopy or four-poster beds, velvet furniture and antique Art Deco dressing tables nod to the era’s grand transatlantic ocean liners. These rooms include access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

Located on our Grade-I listed fifth floor, hallmarks of architect Sir Edwin Lutyens’ signature style have been carefully preserved in each of our unique Grand Heritage rooms. Starting at 484-753 square feet, each room’s original floor-to-ceiling French-polished walnut wall paneling and marble fireplace complement the elegant velvet furniture and a super King-sized canopy or four-poster bed. The living area features a vintage silk-covered ottoman, a palm leaf crystal chandelier and a pair of leather wingback chairs. These rooms include access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

With an additional living area and generous proportions, our 538-646-square foot Stairwell Studios are ideal for parents traveling with children. Sleeping up to two adults and two children (under 12 years), they include a King-sized bed and a separate vintage-style pull-out bed. The marble mosaic bathroom features a bathtub with overhead shower and a range of full-sized Cowshed products to use throughout your stay. These rooms include access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

At 431-592 square feet, our Studio Suites offer an open-plan living and sleeping space, ideal for extended stays. Each unique Studio Suite is furnished with elegant touches such as a vintage crystal chandelier, velvet sofa and a Venetian glass mirror, and features either a King or super King-sized bed. This suite includes access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

Located on the Grade-I listed fifth floor, our unique 538-square foot Heritage Suite combines 1920's glamour with modern comforts for a memorable stay. A separate lounge, featuring a seating area, desk and a well-stocked cocktail cabinet, leads into the bedroom where a super King-sized canopy bed and free-standing bath tub take center stage, alongside an ottoman and palm leaf crystal chandelier. This suite includes access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

Our 549-square foot Terrace Suite offers indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and entertain. Inside, the suite features generous dome windows, a richly draped four-poster King-sized bed, velvet ottoman and original mahogany fireplace. A doorway from the main bedroom leads outside, where there's a 35-square meter terrace with a large dining area and lounge, the perfect spot for hosting guests. This suite includes access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

Spanning two floors, our 915-square foot Duplex Suite is an ideal space for relaxing and entertaining. The ground floor features a large, well-stocked bar and dining area for up to six people, with private access to a small terrace with views over Princes Street and the Bank of England. Up on the mezzanine, there’s a velvet-appointed King-sized bed and a roll-top bathtub. This suite includes access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

Our Two Bed Family Suite is a multi-room, 1023-square foot space that is ideal for groups or families. The master bedroom has an elegant walnut super King-sized bed, large silk-covered wardrobes and Italian lampshades. The marble en-suite bathroom showcases a roll-top bathtub. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, leather-top drum table, oak spoon-back chairs and a dressing table. The marble bathroom includes a walk-in rainforest shower and a range of full-sized Cowshed products to use throughout your stay. This suite includes access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

Named after the building’s architect, our 7th floor suite offers guests an expansive and dramatic space for relaxing and entertaining. The 1076-square foot Lutyens suite encompasses two en-suite bedrooms (the master bedroom boasts a super King-sized bed and the second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed), a large lounge with a custom-made eight-seat corner sofa, and a bar and dining space. Guests can also enjoy private access to the rooftop, with its panoramic views, pool, dome bars and restaurant. This suite includes access to Ned’s Club Gym and Spa.

Our Accessible rooms are comfortable spaces full of vintage touches and hand-finished details. Between 269-431 square feet, each room comes with either a Queen or King-sized low level bed, with assistance alarm and linen-velvet blackout blinds to ensure a good night’s rest. Situated in a private wood-paneled dining room on the ground floor – once used as the former Bank Manager’s office – Lutyens Grill serves lunch and dinner.

A Ned’s Club members-only space in the grand banking hall with an Italian-inspired menu and live entertainment.

An Asian-Pacific-inspired restaurant specializing in healthy food, Kaia is open for lunch and dinner with poke bowls and mains from the grill served over-the-counter from the kitchen. An authentic Japanese afternoon tea is served every Saturday from 2-5 PM. Expect temari sushi, matcha buns with kumquat compote, strawberry yuzu choux and more.

The sister restaurant to Soho House & Co’s Electric Diner Portobello, a revamped menu offers a mixture of diner and deli favorites. Expect everything from burgers and bagels to salads and cheesecake, with plenty of shakes and cocktails. Choose to eat-in at the counter or in one of the plush red leather booths, or grab coffee and a slice of pie to go from the dessert counter.

A Guests and Neds Club members-only restaurant and bar, Millie’s Lounge serves classic dishes alongside a selection of English sparkling wines, craft ales and seasonal cocktails. Also offering afternoon tea and The Ned's Feast which includes lobster, oysters, roasts with all the trimmings, brunch dishes, salads and more.

Malibu Kitchen brings Californian food to the city with a healthy menu of superfood salads, cured fish and meat, served from breakfast through dinner.

An intimate jazz and cabaret bar, with guests enjoying live entertainment over dinner and plenty of cocktails. Executive chef Lee Kebble has developed a menu including caviar, lobster Thermidor, USDA Prime beef and chicken Kiev --- plus a selection of classic Yakitori dishes.
