Belonging to the noble Roman family of the Borghese since the beginning of 1600, this historic mansion is reborn after a careful and attentive restoration which reinstated and recreated its ancient splendor, becoming a stunning luxurious boutique hotel with only 17 keys. Most of its sunny wide windows offer an exclusive and breathtaking view of the private garden of Palazzo Borghese, which in 1997 won the Sotheby's award for best restoration.

The Vilòn Suite unveils some of the secrets of the seventh heaven and mesmerizes with its grand style and atmosphere. Covering 87 sq. meters (936 sq. ft.), this exquisite Suite is designed in a unique layout, spacious yet comfortably elegant with a bohemian touch. The living area is suited with inviting velvet armchairs and sofa, accented with a refined desk. The Suite offers a large wardrobe and king size bed. Also included is a marble bathroom with double sink, walk-in rain shower and, an extra touch of luxury, the “is-all-mine” private Turkish-bath! Suite dell'Arancio
With its 75 square meters, this precious accommodation with its 1930s style is the latest addition to the exclusive Vilòn suites. Located on the first floor of the property, overlooking the ancient cobblestones of Via dell’Arancio, it offers a unique view of the truest and most authentic Rome. The room, enriched by precious parquet, has a living area separated from the sleeping area characterized by a comfortable and welcoming sitting area with sofa bed and armchairs, a spacious walk-in closet and a large double bed. It also offers two bathrooms elegantly finished with precious marble -- the first with a shower cabin and separate toilet area, the other with double sinks, a spacious shower cabin and a Jacuzzi tub.
Vilòn Terrace Suite Garden
Their charming and peaceful private terraces overlooking the breathtaking garden of Palazzo Borghese are the highlight of these unique suites. Both located on the second floor and enlightened with bright natural light, they provide an average of 75 sq. meters (807 sq. ft.) including the furnished terraces. Despite being similar in their endless charm and exclusive atmosphere, these two suites provide different uniqueness. While the Melangolo Terrace Suite Garden has a separate bedroom and living room that can accommodate a third guest, the Borghese Terrace Suite Garden will surprise you with an intimate vanity area and a refined 30 sq. meter (323 sq. ft.) marble bathroom, featuring double sinks, a double walking rain shower and a “burlesque” bathtub!

In honor of the Princess Borghese, the name of our restaurant and bar lounge is familiarly called In Salotto -- a tribute to the altruism and grace of Italian hospitality. Not only will you find an elegant and refined atmosphere, but also delicious Mediterranean cuisine by Executive Chef Gabriele Muro whose creations are a true representation of the most authentic Italian flavors. Adelaide offers a delicious menu of Mediterranean cuisine, changing according to the seasons, with classics of the Roman tradition presented with fresh modern twists. In addition to the stylish and cozy dining room, the green outdoor patio dedicates itself to a relaxing bohemian space where, especially during the warmer seasons, it is the perfect space to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks "al fresco."
